Ok I got off track..for awhile!!!

Update: The "New Way" worked for about 2 weeks, then I hated it and I wasn't loosing anything..so I gave up!.. but I wasn't gaining even though I was not eating the very best I could.. so success !!!! I have now became a new weight! I know that if I slip I will be able to maintain and not gain all if it back.. but I am not yet were I want to be. Fit and Healthy.. so here I am off again !!!!!!! so onward!

My Goals:
First goal is to make under 200lbs. OK I think I will try for smaller goals.. like getting under 240..Made it! ROCK ON!! at 229.. so next Goal is under 220..

My Program:
1100 cal per day. 30carbs. 90 protein.Also watch fat intake, and 8 glass of water..Back to more carbs.. low carb didn't work for me after about 2weeks...also trying to keep fat at about 20 to see if it helps break this no loss...

Hi and thank you for stopping by my blog... Well, the only flour is the coconut flour, I have to analyze it later, but 1/2 cup of coconut flour has:

Total Carbohydrates: 10.0g:
Dietary Fiber: 6.0g

.... Net carbs for 1/2 cup would be: 4 grams... Very Paleo/Primal friendly.

Next week I will measure the macros for the pancakes I actually eat and post them. Of course, the eggs and center cut bacon don't have carbs.
