I have been dieting for years, made major lifestyle changes but that is no longer working. I needed something more extreme so I turned to Extreme Fat Smash and am increasing time and intensity in the work outs. This has to work, I want to be in the 120's.....as I'm only 5'2"

UPDATE: so I've finally hit the 120's although the high 120's... LOL and am no longer following the eating plan of the EFS diet, BUT, I learned major things from it and still incorporate many of the methods in the book. I am now eating many small meals throughout the day, incorporating much more fiber and protien than I used to and I do try to "bookend" my workouts so I have really learned something from it!
UPDATE: April 2008 - now into the low 120's - yeah! I was 119 before vacation though but the good thing is that I didn't just scrap it all once I got back. I'm back on track, working out 6 days a week and really trying to watch everything I eat. Need to keep my motivation going....

Update 1/2009- Oh how I wish it was still April or even August/Sept again.... I felt so great then! Now I feel ... uh... poofy. Due to some health issues where my immune system caused my legs to swell intermittently wherever and whenever they wanted to I could barely walk or drive let alone workout like I was 2x a day. Big huge life changes for me that sent me spiraling into anxiety and depression pretty quickly. They still don't know what we're dealing with but it seems to have calmed down a bit and I've learned how to deal with some tequniques that help,,, icing, OTC meds etc that have recently allowed me to jump back on the wagon. Back to weight training and doing some HIIT each morning along with fitness dance and kickboxing. Also making much better food choices but having a harder time with the water this time around for some reason but I sure am trying! Here's to getting that mind set back that I sure never thought I'd lose back in Sept!!

My Goals:
Starting wt: 148 due to meds I took over a year regardless of the amount of exercise I do. NOW I need to lose this all over again! But... I CAN DO IT! AT LEAST 20 lbs, then we'll work on the rest!


My Program:
I am no longer eating 3 meals a day, that stopped working for me. I am now committed to eating every 3 to 4 hours regardless of where I am. Healthy choices and I make certain I work out almost EVERY day. So far, it's working!

My name is Lynette. I have 3 children, THE most wonderful husband in the world, and very demanding and fast paced job that has me traveling 50% of the time. I am blessed with a wonderful family who support me and my eating habits. They've even adapted to many of the changes I've made overall in the household regarding food choices.


Other Information:
I LOVE to read and I have to have a book or I "Jones" like some people do when they are without drugs. LOL!

My other passion is riding my Harley, especially in this beautiful area of SC. It allows me to spend some great times with all the wonderful people we've met in this beautiful state!
