It's time to do this for real

I've been on SP for a few years now, but I have never fully embraced it! It's time to change that! I am an active mom of 3 boys and somehow another 10 pounds crept on my this year. I am not obese and only have about 20 pounds to lose, but 20 pounds is 20 pounds.
