My Goals:
My main goal is to reach 165 lbs by October 19, 2011, my 47th birthday.
Get my BMI line under the word "Overweight" on my Wii by May, 2011.


My Program:
I keep my caloric intake at 1500 calories per day.

I will not eat anything other than fruits or vegetables after 8:00 pm.

My program will include: Wii Games, including, "The Biggest Loser Challenge," and "EA Sports Active: More Workouts."

DVDs including�The 10-Minute DVD,� �The Biggest Loser-Cardio Max,� and The Biggest Loser � Power Sculpt�.

I will complete a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes of strength training per day at least 5 days per week.

I will complete a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes of cardio per day 4 days per week.
Take a picture of my progress bi-weekly, wearing the same clothing.

Hey,

Um, yeah-- you left me a comment a month ago asking about CLX. It went okay. I lost back fat and my thighs got smaller... I lost weight month 1, gained weight (muscle) month 2, added lots of aerobics month 3, and lost weight again.

I went from a 16x/1x to a 14... so I didn't change the world with my weight loss but I LOOKED smaller than a 14.

I wouldn't do it again, to tell you the truth. Boring. Repetitive. Chalene is kind of annoying after 2 months. I did the last month to pandora mixes, for real.
