Yeah - The 3 days with Flash are supplemented by 2 Kickboxing classes + 1 Bootcamp class + running 3.1 miles 1x a week. I LOVE to workout - it's when I'm most happy. I try to take off one day a week, but it's usually about every 9 days or so.
I see by your teams that you are a fan of Spin and Tae Bo - I enjoy those things too. I don't spin much anymore b/c it makes my tail bone hurt, but it's an awesome cardio workout.
