A Journey

"I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday." I am now 59 years old and have taught first grade for 20 years. The stress at work this year has been incredible and I have lost my personal needs in the process. Want to recapture that aspect of my life.

Every Minute Counts... Every Spare Minute that you have... such as cooking a meal... do push ups off the sink.... Crunches awhile watching tv... Walking in place during commercial breaks...

Use those spare minute ups... it will be a lot of benefits in the end...

I really do believe that everyone has time to work out...

Such as parking far away from the store...

Taking stairs instead of using ramps...

Eating Fruits and Munching on veggies before a bigger meal...

Shooting for low-calories snacks such as Jello and Pudding... you can even add a little bit of whip cream... if used gently...

Aiming for all the little minute during the day can really add up in the long time...

I hope that you are doing well... and keep on aiming... High.. Once one goal is accomplished... keep on going going going... GOING...

Your doing great... don't let a slip here and there discourage you...

It's beyond normal...

You can you anything... because I'm your Spark Friend...

I believe in you... and wish you well on this journey of yours...

Thanks for the Goodie. Yeah, I wish I didn't have to get up so early, but humidity can be a problem here so even a 6 a.m. start can leave you dealing with that. Then in the evening you have to wait til 6:30 p.m. to avoid heatstroke. So aside from weather issues, there are family demands and work requirements so primetime tends to be occupied. Today is lovely - you can exercise at anytime of the day and not suffocate from heat. This is winter for us.
