This is it!!!!!

Hello, I am a married 39 yo mom. I have tried everything in the past, just like everyone else. I was really successful on another program, but life happened and I stopped. I haven't been able to get my mojo back. I have lofty goals of losing over 100lbs and getting pregnant. I am the mom of 3 and grandma of 2 but have never been blessed to birth a child. Before I give up on this dream I have to give it my all to get healthy. This is it!!!!

My Program:
Drink 8 glasses of water every day. Eat at least 3 Fruits & Veggies each day. Track my food and fitness. Visit Spark Coach everyday.

Congratulations and welcome to our family! The only way you fail is when you quit trying! The past is in the past...LEAVE IT THERE! When you know better, you do better! :) Go get this done and LEARN on the way! This is a lifestyle training program...NOT A DIET!

emoticon emoticon emoticon ANY time is a great time to start...especially with Sparkpeople. Give yourself a big hug for making this positive choice for yourself. Take your time to explore all the resources available for you here. It can seem overwhelming because there are so many resources to choose from. Two to consider using are the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. Also, check out Spark Teams under the COMMUNITY Tab. Do searches on your goals, interests, hobbies, whatever. Then join one, two or more Spark teams. You'll enjoy getting to know these folks and giving and getting lots of encouragement along the way. It's all good. Enjoy the journey!
