I have always been a very active person and healthy eater. Six months ago, due to finances, I decided to move back in with my parents. Ugh! I love them but I quickly packed on 15 pounds. Living by myself afforded me complete control over what foods came in to my house, now there is always food around whenever I get the munchies, and not food I should be munching on.
Now my clothes don't fit right, I have serious chub rub, and I get those little bumps under my boobs on hot days. I am embarrassed to go see my friends because I don't want them to see me this way. I realize this may mostly be in my head, my friends love me not matter what, it's my self that is the issue. I don't want to wait until I have 50 pounds to lose, I want to get back on track now! I will be starting a teaching job in September and I want to look on the outside they way I feel on the inside, healthy and fit. I am still very active. I am currently training for my first triathlon in September. I am looking for support to help me eat healthier and stay focused on how good I feel when I eat clean and I am conscientious about my portions. So here I am :)

I need to think before I eat and not let the stress of school work (I'm going for my masters in SpEd) effect my eating, like when I am avoiding school work.

I like being outdoors, hiking biking, running, kayaking, sipping margaritas ;) i am a big animal lover and would be lost without having pets. They always love me no matter what.
