Looking to be healthy for life.

My name's Maria Im a single mom of two developmentally disabled kids, I also work in a day program for persons with developmental disablities. I am on medications for various conditions which leaves diet pills out of the equation since they interact badly. I dont feel I do well on diets that are too restrictive because I just get frustrated and give up. Im hoping I will find some encouragment and motivation here.
