My Goals:
1) Get back into a bikini and look good in it.

2) Look more physically fit

3) Increase my stamina

4) Increase my strength

My Program:
I currently hit the gym 3-4 days a week. I start with running 2 miles then rotate my weight program between my legs, arms or back.





Personal Information:
I love to travel and go out dancing. Oh, and I love a nice cold beer on hot day!
