I really want to just feel good about myself. I currently feel good about my progress but I want to be able to participate in high intensity sports without throwing up half way thru!
I try and stick to my calorie intake. This is extremely hard!! I also try to do strength training for at least 5 hours a week and cardio at least 5 times a week as well.

sounds like you are donig great! i wish i could do what you are doing. i have found that i cant lose weight without sp but i am very busy so its hard for me to get on here all the time but i have to make that effort. this week for me is the beginning and i am not so concerned as to losing weight but making sure i track what i eat. the hardest thing for me is to be honest about what i eat. i need to go shopping to get some healthy food around the house.
