I want to not be embarrassed when I take my shirt off.
Stick to the calorie intake allotted for me. I'm on a semi-vegan diet which has helped quite a bit. I try and force myself to run 3 times a week and swim when I can (swimming is intensely hard) and I do a hike here and there. Pretty time consuming!
I have been vegetarian since January 1st, 2014 and I NOW love it. I took some getting used to. At this point in my diet I have started cutting dairy out as much as possible. The only animal product I am ok with eating is EGGS.
I am always desperately seeking FUN physical activities to participate in. I've done indoor rock climbing and that has been fun. I want to start long distance cycling but I'm waiting to find a great deal on a decent bicycle.
sounds like you are donig great! i wish i could do what you are doing. i have found that i cant lose weight without sp but i am very busy so its hard for me to get on here all the time but i have to make that effort. this week for me is the beginning and i am not so concerned as to losing weight but making sure i track what i eat. the hardest thing for me is to be honest about what i eat. i need to go shopping to get some healthy food around the house.
