I was the "typical" under-eater, eating maybe 500 calories a day - except for binge days when I would eat the entire bag of Cheetos, cookies, or anything else that goes straight to the hips! Exercise? I hated it - despised it. But all that has changed! I track my calories and eat 1100-1200 each day, drink at least 8 glasses of water and exercise 5-6 days a week. I feel much better - physically and spiritually!
I live in Chattanooga Tennessee. I have 2 daughters and 1 granddaughter. I am a single parent. I have 5 dogs (3 Borzoi, 1 Chinese Crested (powder puff) and a Japanese Chin/Long-haired Chihuahua mix. I love the outdoors. My favorite sport (to watch and to play) is soccer. My dream is to own a small farm.
