Finally time to take the step, have been semi-seriously dieting for last year or so. Have increased my exercise also over the last year, but neither consistently enough. Even having a buddy didn't really seem to help. Now, she has dropped half a person, and I'm still stuck... This is going to change... starting today!

It's decidely weird to have people comment that I look better. I only started this seriously maybe a month ago... and am getting lots of positive feedback: nice glasses, love your new hair cut, have you lost weight? I just am discovering that I don't really know how to respond. I like the positive attention, but it's so atypical that it's confusing as well. Guess I'll just have to get used to it :)

I've almost met my 1st goal!! Can't believe that it looks like it's working. Still find myself needing to "catch up" on calories at night (b/c I didn't eat enough), but I'm doing it... and IT's WORKING!! Have started challenge #2, to keep the impetus going!

Fitness Minutes: 12,000

My Goals:
Weighed 133 lbs at high school graduation, but was told I was "Too fat"... my ideal body weight is about 125 lbs... want to get below 150 and come close to looking like I did then... but this time I am going to enjoy it!

End of Fast Break:
- new work out clothes

Down 15 lbs (7/13):
- New swimsuit

Down 25 lbs (9/1??):
- New workout shoes

Down 45 lbs (12/1??):

At goal weight:
- New computer AND new wardrobe

Want to get to a healthy BMI, say 22.5.

6/7/09 - End of fast break, down 5 lbs; reward: new sweat pants
7/13/09 - Down 15 lbs: new swim suit

My Program:
Swimming M/W and Sat, eliptical glider and/or walking + weights on Tu/Th/Sun

Keeping calories within goal range.

Drinking lots of water (my only beverage).

Personal Information:
Currently in Missouri, before lived in Texas where I will probably return to at some point in the future.

Other Information:
