3. Raise my Good Cholesterol
4. Lower Triglycerides
5. Lose Weight

7. Build Muscle
8. Be more active

safely in an attractive and well
preserved body, but rather to skid in
sideways,chocolate in one hand, wine
in the other, body thoroughly used up,
totally worn out and screaming
"WOO HOO what a ride!"

My Goals are to:

1. Get healthy
2. lower my Bad Cholesterol
3. Raise my Good Cholesterol
4. Lower Triglycerides
5. Lose Weight
6. Exercise
7. Build Muscle
8. Be more active

My Program:
In order to meet my goals I must do the following:

I. Must take my medication every day.

2. Eat healthy food with no salt and very low fat.

3. Exercise every day for at least 50 minutes.

4. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.

5. Eat at least 4 fruits a day.

6. Eat at least 4 vegetables a day

7. Get at least 8 hours of sleep a day.

8. Take one multivitamin a day.

9. See my Heart Doctor every 3 months.

Personal Information:
My name is Diane. I love to read, sew, quilt, cook, bake, garden,crafts, and listening to music of all kinds, Watch old movies, classics, comedies, love stories, action films, SiFi, westerns and scary movies. I love Gone with the Wind to Harry Potter.
