My Goals:
Long Term: Healthy BMI.

Mid-term goal: Complete the Summer 5% challenge. Go, Shooting Stars! *****

Short Term: Adjust to better eating habits.

Daily exercise!

My Program:
not wanting to be another diabetic statistic, I am following the South Beach plan.

Exercise 5 - 6 days per week which includes3 strength training sessions.

Rewards each week: A decadent tasting but healthy special dinner served on fancy plates complimented with crystal and the good gold serving ware.



Personal Information:
As of February I now have 13 grands. I live in southern Colorado with the love of my life.





Other Information:
This spring I am concentrating energy into an organized home and an organic garden.

Life is to short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So love the people who treat you right, forgive the ones who don't and believe that everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. It it changes your life, let it. No body said it would be easy, they just promised, IT WOULD BE WORTH IT.
