My Goals:
Learn to accept who I am and love myself Be beach ready by June. i.e., energy, not bloated, feeling good about myself since I was in Cali a year ago. Enjoy the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs. It's got altitude and it's a good idea to be in shape to enjoy it. Besides, I want to see the baby giraffe before he gets too big! Walk in summer charity events such as the overnight Relay for Life walk in June. Revolution 5K that supports orphans and missionaries.
My Program:
Keep track of steps. Minimum 6,000 per day. Exercise outside every day the weather permits. Mostly fruits and veg. Track nutrients such as fiber. Watch the sodium.
Personal Information:
Living on the plains of Colorado having fun with a hobby farm. Simplicity is my goal. Enjoy what God has given me.
