Bride-to-Be wanting to start a new life

Hello all, my name is Audra and I recently got engaged. I have been an athelete for most of my life but have always been very over weight. I quit golf over a year ago and the pounds have doubled. I have always felt sexy with my curves and my body, but for the first time in my life I am so embarassed. I want me and my fiance to not only loose weight for our wedding, but mostly for our health. I have recently found out that I have an allergy to gluten, and I also am allergic to chicken and turkey. This has made eating a real hassel for me.

I want to get back to 200 so that I can be healthier, play golf better, look amazing at my wedding next year, not be afraid of dying, and start my life over again

I have started eating a ton of white fish, vegtables, and a lot of fruit. I have started drinking more water and less Dr. Pepper.

i am working out a ton in the pool at the gym ...it is my new addiction lol

Hi. Welcome to our team.

Look you can do this. Have you noticed that when you stopped playing golf, the weight came on? If so it is because you were walking!! Does your fiancee play golf or like to walk? You can be "DOUBLE" winners if you organized your days, together. For example, start preparing the same low cal meals for each other and walking, together. You need a PLAN, though. Get organized. Make this a real life experience. We're here for you. You can do this.
