    There's an "Introduction" section on our team forum with a few intro questions that most members fill. Copy it from the READ ONLY topic, then go BACK to click on "INTRODUCE YOURSELF TO THE TEAM FORM", then click "CREATE NEW TOPIC", and paste it to introduce yourself to the team. This helps us and also members of our team get to know you a bit better. Just in case you don't care to post at this time, I'd also like to invite you to join in on our team's Birthday Date List.     Look you can do this. Have you noticed that when you stopped playing golf, the weight came on? If so it is because you were walking!! Does your fiancee play golf or like to walk? You can be "DOUBLE" winners if you organized your days, together. For example, start preparing the same low cal meals for each other and walking, together. You need a PLAN, though. Get organized. Make this a real life experience. We're here for you. You can do this.
