Here we go again!

Weight loss, nutrition, and fitness are a constant battle. It is easy to let your guard down and sleep in a little longer, eat a few more snacks, etc. It is harder to stay the course and continually work to improve.

I have found that it is much easier to stay on track when I surround myself with like minded people. That way we can encourage and strengthen each other.
