Maintain a health lifestyle including regular exercise and healthy eating habits.

My Program:
The goal is to exercise at least 20 minutes for 5 days a week. Eat at least 2 veggies every day. Drink 8 glasses of water each day.

Personal Information:
As a 60 something, I want to continue to be active and enjoy life with my husband and daughter and son-in-law -- and future grandchildren!
