My Spark
I originally started working out in July 2008. I started at around 180 pounds and slowly managed to take off a few pounds. By April of 2009, I was only down to 178 and finally decided to do something about it because I wanted to look great for my wedding on Oct 3. I joined another weight loss group and managed to get down to 140, but I plateaued and when I came to SparkPeople, I found that even though I was following the system, I was WAY under the amount of calories my body needed. ...

My Goals:
My goal is to get down to and maintain 130 pounds.
My Program:
I train in Mixed Martial Arts 2 to 3 times per week. I also lift weights and do cardio 2 to 5 times per week. Lastly, I track my calories, which has been key for maintaining a healthy diet!
