Great job! You have released over 11 lbs already. Someone reminding me that 10 lbs is 40 sticks of butter... Imagine walking around all day holding 40 sticks of butter!

hey there-

I read your blogs... Please tell me more about "DietBet" and how is it going?

Did you ever sign up for Weight Watchers?

I always ask people that have been successful with weight loss what their biggest "tip" for weight loss is, and each time I have asked someone who was successful with weight watchers, their answers are pretty much the same:
1. Track/write down all food that you eat
2. Look up the calories/fat ect. of food BEFORE you eat it
3. Measure accurately what you eat- use measuring cups, spoons and a food scale.
