Today is the first day... (you know the rest)

Looking for the body that I found at 50.... then lost again. I'm approaching my 58th birthday. I could kick myself- so I am- kicking myself into gear and back Sparking, tracking my food, walking, etc. All the things that worked once can work again. I need to get back to how I looked an felt in October 2006.

My Goals:
My goals:
1. To feel and look better!
2. To sleep better at night because I don't have to wake up to turn over.
3. To reach my goal weight by September 2015 and then STAY THERE for the rest of my life!

My Program:
I'm eating three balanced meals a day and two small snacks, five fruits and veggies, calorie range of 1200-1500 and doing some kind of cardio EVERY DAY! I still need to get better at strength training- so I'm thinking about joining a gym.

Personal Information:
I'm from NJ. I've been married for 37 years and I have a fabulous 27 year old daughter (and now a son-in-law) and I love baseball (Go Yankees!) and ballet.
I'm starting a new job on December 1st and will reduce my commute from 2+ hours in the car a day (round trip) to about 40 minutes! I will do healthy things (walking, cooking healthy) with the extra time!

Nice to see you here again. And no you are not crazy and hope this will be the best and last time....you can make the changes that you need, its takes a little time and determination, but you can do it. Always remember you are not the only crazy one here....LOL I am right here with you.

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by my page to say hi. I'm doing fine. I'm trying to get back to being healthier again, working on slowly exercising and etc. It's amazing how easy it is to lose all grained ground if you don't keep up with things... Hope you are doing well too!
