Today is the first day... (you know the rest)

Looking for the body that I found at 50.... then lost again. I'm now 59 and I need to lose 100 pounds- again. Starting over today. My goal is 2 pounds a week. I could be down to 150 by my 60th birthday if I can commit to this- again!

My Goals:
My goals:
1. To feel and look better!
2. To sleep better at night because I don't have to wake up to turn over.
3. To reach my goal weight by September 2015 and then STAY THERE for the rest of my life!

My Program:
I'm eating three balanced meals a day and two small snacks, five fruits and veggies, calorie range of 1200-1500 and doing some kind of cardio EVERY DAY! I still need to get better at strength training- so I'm thinking about joining a gym.

Personal Information:
I'm from NJ. I've been married for 37 years and I have a fabulous 27 year old daughter (and now a son-in-law) and I love baseball (Go Yankees!) and ballet.
I'm starting a new job on December 1st and will reduce my commute from 2+ hours in the car a day (round trip) to about 40 minutes! I will do healthy things (walking, cooking healthy) with the extra time!

I keep sticking to the same 3 pounds or so, but that
can be a good thing. At least I'm not gaining.

NOw, onward & upward for the next 10 pounds, right?

I'm celebrating my 5 year anniversary with Spark People. I've lost 54 pounds thanks to motivating and supportive Spark friends like you! I have some more to lose but am grateful for where I am because of things you've shared during your journey! Thank you so very much for being there!
