im on charlotte team so i saw your post. welcome to sparks. do you juice? do you eat raw fruits and veggies? do you know about alkalinity(ash and minerals)? do you use any green powder supplements? do you use sea salt? do you use natural spring water from the source? do you have a rebounder(mini trampoline), do you stir your lymph by keeping active? do you ever do squats, walks, pushups, lift weights? do you super hydrate in the morning? is your thyroid functioning well? is your blood thin? and another super important question are you grounding/earthing as often as humanly possible??(especially when sleeping)
these are important questions for anybody who wants to lose weight because all of them reduce fat. are you a vegetarian/vegan? do you avoid cheese, do you avoid meat and fast food and processed food? also important questions. do you cook foods that you could be eating raw? next month i will have been blessed a full YEAR with this knowledge. nearly all of it i simply found on the internet. guru's such as shawn stevenson, david wolfe, dan mcdonald, lou corona, matt monarch and angela stokes monarch, daniel vitalis, and many more. zuzanna from bodyrock.tv uses the same things tony horton uses, and shawn uses similiar stuff too in his fat loss code. do you know what superfoods are? ever watch jeff primack talk about phytonutrients/phytochemicals? where do you get your enzymes? Raw is one of the best ways to go and so is fresh organic fruits and veggies. even gary yourovfsky will tell you how its better for your health. ever wonder why celebrities have thin glowing skin look tone and hot, its not a cream or surgery, they just eat raw vegan fruits and veggies nuts and seeds and soak and sprout. human growth hormone makes you grow young and goji berries do that, juice fasting stimulates it,and so does exercise(lymph stirring). i've lost about 75 lbs. i've turned back the clock, cleared up my skin, tightened up my skin as i lost the weight, and wear my glasses a ton less, my teeth are cleaner way more often, because i avoid sugar a lot. but i still have sugar in raw honey and stevia and maple syrup and in fruits and veggies. i use raw cacao and maca, adya clarity and zeolite, vitaminerals greens 4.8, greens +, my family uses bee pollen with goji berry and reishi mushroom in it, sometimes we have tea. goji berries are one of my all time favorite. chia seeds rock too, and quinoa(pasta version) is one of my new fav foods. if you haven't tried any of this, then all you've tried is hard workouts that hurt and gave up on, and diets that fail(all diets fail) and lost hope. but you haven't tried ANYTHING until you try all the things i typed up above, raw juicing works, organic works, lymph stirring activity works. you'll see!!
