Hello everyone! I woke up this morning and decided that I needed to check in with my weight as I just turned 46 on the 14th! Figured it was time to make some changes :) I want to get back down to 150 so here I am doing it at the place I did it before!

Fitness Minutes: 6,024

My Goals:
-Run a 5k
-Wear bikini top and swim trunks.
-Wear a form fitting shirt.
-Not have a double chin!
-Be able to have a tan tummy (void of fat)
-Learn that Chocolate is NOT a food group!
-Enjoy my sex life again.
-Have partner look at me with desire again.
-Be toner, fitter and drop dead sexy :)


My Program:
Using SP to track all food eaten.

Using one of these methods of exercise at least 30 minutes a day...

1. Couch to 5K program
2. Walk/Run
3. Ride Stationary Bike
4. Resistance Bands
5. SP Fitness Videos

I am taking a picture of myself before and taking measurements so that I can see a change and be mindful of how my body looks.
