The scale woke me up

Hey, my name is Amber. I've been over weight most of my life and I have never believed I could change that. I have been on and off the weight loss train for a while now and have fluctuated 30-50lbs. I am at my heaviest and I don't want to reach the 300 mark and I am too close! Honestly I would love to loose 130lbs, but I highly doubt that will happen. But I want to start with and definitely fallow through with loosing 50lbs! That will be the weight I was in high school.

you definitely CAN lose 150 pounds, just one streak at a time! 10 minutes of exercise,, 8 glasses of water.... one step at a time! We are all here for you! You can do this if you believe you can!

tear of jealousy...my family reunion out West was just this past weekend and I couldn't afford the flight out, so you're lucky to have family close by!

I don't have much goin' on this weekend...just a few friends over tomorrow night for some drinks to celebrate an engagement! and Sunday will be my day of rest. Zzzzzzz! lol Oh oh and my roomie comes home from camping tomorrow which is super exciting because he has a Great Dane named Mary-Jane and I missed her soooo much! She is ginormous and wonderful doggie!

The economy is hitting hard everywhere, my fiancée has been looking for a decent job for over 2 years in Virginia, he just got a job a pizza delivery man to pay his way through the rest of school. Not really what he wanted, but it averages $11/hr so he is sticking with it. I have anxiety about trying to enter the job market when I'm ready - its really cut-throat out there with all the unemployed people out there!
