    Well last week i gained .5 back making a total of 10 lbs lost. This week i stayed at 10 which was frustrating but i got on the scale today and i have lost a total of 11.5. Im on week three and i think im doing good with the cravings. I have avoided food because im afraid that if i eat a piece of cake then i will eat a whole cake later and be happy to stop myself. Your post about breakfast i stick to four things cottage chese, bacon, turkey sausage or eggs. I have no idea what else to eat because everything has sugar and carbs.

    Week one I lost 10.5!!!! It was so worth giving up crack. haha I walked a total of 8 miles. I would love to be 230 by next week but I don't know that might be impossible since I lost so much this week. emoticon

    Starting day 4 of no sugar or carbs and as of yesterday morning I have already lost 6.5 lbs. So I am very happy about that!!! I have walked everyday this week after work for a total of 5 miles. Girl I am back in the game. Do you find yourself very irritable at first without sugar? I feel like a could bite someone's head off and not care. hehe Glad that you are back on plan and yes we are doing this together.

    Ah, you are talking about tricep pull-overs. Hate hate hate them. I always use light weights and fight to finish it. The worse is when, after you've killed yourself doing that, they make you do triceps push-ups. ARGH!!!

    I haven't weighed myself in weeks because I did not want to see the number. I weighed today and I am back to 247. I bought a book (I know yet another book and another diet) this weekend and it is all about sugar and carbs. The first two weeks are going to be tough because my food choice is limited but then I will be able to add more stuff back in. I know it is going to be tough because I swear that sugar is a form of crack. I have to get healthy. I am now on bp and diabetes meds and my cholesterol is borderline high. It's not about how I look in clothes anymore its about survival and getting healthy.
