"Three of the most powerful words in the English language are 'I AM RESPONSIBLE.' It's tough to do, but when the day comes that you can say those words, believe them, and mean them, it will be the most liberating moment of your life. Taking responsibility for all of your results, for better or for worse, is taking back your power to create results in your life."
-Tom Venuto

"Do not dilute the truth of your potential. We often convince ourselves that we cannot change, that we cannot overcome the circumstances of our lives. That is simply not true.
You have been blessed with immeasurable power to make positive changes in your life.
But you can't just wish it, you can't just hope it, you can't just want it... you have to LIVE it, BE it, DO it.”
-Steve Maraboli

"Part of abandoning the all-or-nothing mentality is allowing yourself room for setbacks.
We are bound to have lapses on the road to health and wellness, but it is critical that we learn how to handle small failures positively so that we can minimize their long-term destructive effects.
One setback is one setback—it is not the end of the world, nor is it the end of your journey toward a better you.”
-Jillian Michaels

Just dropped by to say - Hi. and welcome you to Team ~INDYGIRL emoticon
We aim to create a friendly, and supportive environment in SparkPeople land!! - Please feel free to jump in and join in the message boards. It has been proved that people who contribute regularly to message boards and blog regularly lose more weight, more easily than those who dont, so come on in.
It is a great place to be and you will find lots of friends, and ideas to help and support you at all stages on your journey, so please dont ever be afraid to ask questions. Even if it seems a small thing it is important to you and someone will have the answer, or will have been there.
I hope you succeed in all the goals you set
Please leave your Sparkmail on for this team as ~Indygirl sends out a new challenge each week
Enjoy the journey
