Hello, I live in the Springfield Ohio area and I am looking for someone local to walk with or just connect with. I went to the sparkpage search engine and searched for 0-25 miles from my zip of 45502 and you and several others came up. I am sending comments to many of them. If you are interested in getting to know each other first online, of course, for your safety and mine and then when we feel comfortable maybe getting together; that would be great. If not I totally understand.

Hi!!! I am motivated right now - my problem is that I am either 100% on or 100% off. I need to learn how to live with something long term and not be up and down. If you asked me now, I would never go back to eating less healthily and then somehow it sneaks back up on you and your will power and motivation slack off... :)

As for diet coke, I was able to kick that bad habit.. I just found a substitute that didn't make me feel like I was giving up so much. I get a lot of water through eating fruit and veggies and drink a lot of iced tea - herbal or caffeinated. I love Starbucks iced tea in the summer and that gives me a treat instead of eating more poorly - especially in the afternoon. My hubby gave me a cook japanese tea pot for Christmas so I make fun herbal teas, green tea and regular tea. Do you watch biggest loser? It starts tonight and I love Jillian michaels. She HATES diet coke and listening to her talk about it makes you think it is the worst thing you could possibly drink. Download her podcasts from KFI 640 am los angeles radio... So much good info there.
