My Goals:
are to get fit and feel better about myself.

Be at goal weight by my 50th birthday, 9/18/15.

Be healthy and not be a diabetic.

My Program:
for the moment is to follow the sparkpeople menus and meals.

I want to walk 3 days/wk. I want to run and train for a 5K 3 days/wk. I also want to work out on the Wii at least 2 days/week. That includes Wii Fit Plus, Walk It Out, Sport Resort, DDR, Zumba and/or Outdoor Challenge.
