new start

I am a former Weight Watcher leader
Lost 100 lbs, kept it off for 14 years
Have now gained a huge amount back. When I was a leader, kept weight between 122 and 126. I do not want to go that low at this time of my life. I would be happy to see 146 on the scales. at 205, I am feeling very bad. I have sleep apnea, on C-Pap. Extreme pain in my back.
I think I am taking too much ink , telling all this.

Thanks for taking the time to comment on my sparkpage. You are right, our goals are very similar. Another similarity is that I used to be a Weight Watcher leader as well!!

I lost about 50 pounds to reach goal and then I became a leader telling everyone how to lose weight etc etc. I was such an impostor!!! I gained all of the weight back plus soooooooo much more!! I have lost about 40 pounds so far but I am still heavier than I was when I first lost all my weight at Weight Watchers. I have become a little down lately and haven't been as vigilant about recording my food etc........ I need to get back at it. I am so close to being under 200 and yet I have hit a plateau.

Thanks for listening to me vent!!! emoticon

thank you so much for your kind comments ... Sitka was such a good dog. She looked to my son for everything. She was 13, more years than this breed usually gets. Good luck with your furbaby. They give such unconditional love.
