I see that you are new to Spark. Don't know how I stumbled onto your page, but I love that tag line you have about "fabulous and fit by fifty." Excellent! Love it. Good luck with Spark. This site is terrific if you work it. I want to be fabulous and fit by 50 as well, and I've got less than two years to get there. But I am bound and determine that this time it is different.
