Just a suggestion, but stop trying to loose, get rid of excess weight! I get rid of because if you loose you might find, and then it shall be added onto your hips, your tummy, and your behind! (That's my own translation of scriptures. I've been dealing with a lot of this in my blogs. Check it out if you wish!

Had another great week, DSTDIVA!! I lost 2.4 lbs. which makes that a totally of 8 lbs.

Last night went to see Kirk Franklin in concert; he was very much alive and had us jammin and dancing. We had a wonderful time. Kirk, is so down to earth and he has lots of energy!!

How was your week, partner? I don't know if I told you, but I started doing exercise with a toning cord. I am starting really slow, because I'm not crazy about exercising, but maybe one day I will be thrilled with it.lol Check back with you soon....gotta get dress for church before I'm late. emoticon
