Week one
After my fifth baby I have kept on too much weight. My long term goal is be be healthy, get my cholesterol in check and reach my goal weight of 115. I plan on doing this on setting smaller goals such as every 7th day losing 1-2 pounds with at least a 1/2 inch taken off all the way around .

I have lots of workout dvd's and have to work out at home because I have a new baby at home and also work from home. This is my second week of working out 45 minutes in the evening and 30 minutes in the morning.
