"Doing Atkins" for my diet and using "The New Rules of Lifting: Six Basic Moves for Maximum Muscle" workouts at the gym 3 days a week. I try to use my rower at home on the weekends or get in a walk around Berkeley or Rocky Mountain Lake.

Love your idea to put together a "big salad" on the weekend for lunch at work during the week. I love salad for lunch, but many times just do not take the time to fix. Recently have been bringing yogurt and fruit - it is just easier.
So this weekend am going to fix a big salad -
