A NEW ME

I am 40+ and my mama always told me to lose it while young because each decade it gets harder. I am not going to test that theory with any more decades. I want to get healthy and HOT. So I am working out and changing my eating patterns and habits. A new me is coming out!

My Goals:
I would like to be healthier. I want to look good and to me that means not having rolls over my jeans or bulging from my bra, in the back!

My Program:
I am eating healthier. I am eating 1200ish calories a day, eliminating sugar, eating more veggies and fruits. I eat clean for 5 days and get two "treat" meals a week. Also, cardio 5x/week, strength training 3x/week!
