My biggest struggle is to limit my red wine. I need to find something else that tells me the day is done and it's time to relax. Just a couple glasses that I love to have puts my calorie intake over the max.
Hey sis, missed you this morning. I did bad on your trivia 3/4. I think you should increase your breakfast calories to start your day. It is suppose to help control eating throughout the day with a bigger breakfast. You have around 200, you will be starving by 10 or 11 and then it's harder to control the eating. Just a thought.
