This is what is working so far. Only a light sprinkle of nuts on salad because I love the crunch. No snacking on them because I can't stop at a reasonable amount. Do something physical everyday. Take a walk, go for a swim, go for a bike ride. Make sure to do something phisical after dinner. Don't just sit and watch t.v. Eat until satisfied, try not to stuff yourself. Limit bread and cheese. Eat a piece of fruit to some cut up veggies if I get hungry between meals and get busy doing something after. Don't sit around and wait for the clock to move closer to eating time. Something new that I am trying is the water treatment plan. Drink 22 oz. of water first thing in the morning. Wait 45 min. and then eat a normal breakfast. Drink water throughout the day but nothing after meals for 2 hours. Starting today on my 8 year anniversary. 04-04-17

My goal is to loose 30 lbs and to lower my cholesterol.


My Program:
Track food daily and get some for of excersize daily. Walk, ride bike, ball video with Nicole and my sister on Skype. Water treatment program.

Other Information:
My biggest struggle is to limit my red wine. I need to find something else that tells me the day is done and it's time to relax. Just a couple glasses that I love to have puts my calorie intake over the max.
