My goal is to loose 30 lbs and to lower my cholesterol.

My Program:
Track food daily and get some for of excersize daily. Walk, ride bike, ball video with Nicole and my sister on Skype.

I live in Winchester Wisconsin. My name is Chris. I enjoy gardening, golf, cooking, reading and retirement.

Other Information:
My biggest struggle is to limit my red wine. I need to find something else that tells me the day is done and it's time to relax. Just a couple glasses that I love to have puts my calorie intake over the max.

Hey sis, missed you this morning. I did bad on your trivia 3/4.
I think you should increase your breakfast calories to start your day. It is suppose to help control eating throughout the day with a bigger breakfast. You have around 200, you will be starving by 10 or 11 and then it's harder to control the eating. Just a thought. See you later.
