Too many diets to choose from-I call it Diet Surplus Disorder
I saw the Sparks book in the book store and it caught my eye. I thought I'd give it a try and track my food on the website. I'm 44 years old, single mom of a 14 year old boy and I have about 50 lbs to lose. My problem is keeping motivated so any words of encouragement are greatly appreciated. I have decided not to weigh myself for the first four weeks. I don't wan't to get discouraged if I don't see the scale moving fast enough. I will use how my clothes fit and my nutritional food ...
