Hi! I saw in the bootcamp huddle that you needed some support. Keep you head up, you can do it and you are worth it! I also read your blog- make sure you are not eating too few calories. If you don't eat enough calories and are burning alot doing cardio, your body goes into a starvation mode. I actually had to adjust my fitness goals up to get adequate calories for the amount of exercise I was doing. Keep up the great work you have been doing over the last 3 weeks. It will pay off! If you ever need anything, give me a holler!
