A New Year! Lets make the most of it!

Here it is almost the year 2014. It is hard to believe that in 12 months time I have regained all the weight I have lost. I make no excuses for the weight gain. There is no excuse that will make the fact go away.

I usually don't make new resolutions so instead I am making myself a promise. One I inted to keep to the best of my ability. That promise is to lose back down 80lbs I have regained in 2013 by this time in 2014. I know if I put my best foot forward and keep marching ...

I am watching my caloric intake and exercising every day. I strength train one day and cardio on opposite days. I have started drinking 9-10 glasses of water per day. I haven't had a soda in two weeks not even an ice tea.

I've learned that no matter what happens, or how bad it seems today, life goes on, and it will be better tomorrow. emoticon emoticon

I am not a "perfect person". emoticon
My hair "doesn't always" stay in place, emoticon
and I "spill" things a lot. emoticon emoticon
I am "pretty clumsy" emoticon
and sometimes I have a "broken heart", emoticon
"My friends" & I sometimes "fight", emoticon
and maybe some days "nothing" goes right. emoticon
But when I think "about it" and take a "step back", emoticon
I remember how "amazing life" truly is, emoticon emoticon
and that maybe, just maybe, I like being "unperfect". emoticon emoticon
