trying to get it right this time!

When I turned 50 I was in good shape and feeling a little smug. Here I am almost two years later and 25 pounds heavier. I want to lose the 25 pounds and get back to exercising on a regular basis. My over 50 body seems to want to hang on to every pound, so I have to not get frustrated and give up this time!

emoticon Thanks for your nice comments on my page emoticon You just have to be determined .. eat right and EXERCISE! I've followed Spark since April 2010 and finally at my goal. Now I'm trying my 'durndest' to keep it off. I know I will ,,, I feel so good and the exercise (something I NEVER did before) gives me lots of pep. I didn't want to appear at the pool in a swim suit .. but I DID .. best thing I ever done emoticon Now I'm sorta addicted to it! If you are able enough, start to move .. even if you have to do it from your chair emoticon I printed off several exercises from here and I try to do them every night; plus go to AquaFit 3 times a week.
I'm going to add you as a friend ,, so I can keep track of you emoticon lol
