I want to be the best I can be--healthy, happy and able to do the things I want to do! I joined SPARK to help motivate me lose the weight I've been trying to do for a while now. The thing I was lacking in the past was motivation and I've found it here. I love reading about the success my fellow SPARKIES have and how they were able to do it. I am a teacher, I motivate students every day to do the things they want to do, yet I couldn't do it myself. I want to be a good role model for my students as well as others looking for what I had been for so long. Thank you everyone for sharing stories and helpful tips. You're an inspiration! ~ D

My Goals:
-Reach a healthy BMI -Train for and run a 5K, eventually a 1/2 marathon and beyond! -Revamp my diet
My Program:
-Cardio at least 5x per week (increasing my run/walk ratio) -Classes (spin, step and other) at the local community center -Work out videos through Netflix (I LOVE THESE!!) Especially yoga and pilates
