I create my own menus using recipes from Hungrygirl.com and of my own design. I mostly make my own meals and snacks supplemented by lean cuisine on occasion. I aim for 1400 calories per day plus 40-50 minutes 2 times per week of walking at the gym.

Congrats on your weight loss so far! Stay the course - you know you can do it! As a fellow foodie and a healthcare professional, we do sometimes seem to be the best at taking care of others and not ourselves. I fight with this challenge daily. Food is one way I take care of me. Nothing makes me feel better than cooking a great meal. My husband is Cuban and I'm Italian which means we both love to eat! I've been on Medifast the past 4 months and have lost 51 pounds but I am missing the cooking and the variety.
