My Goals:
Long Term:

Go from 274 to 184 by 10/24/10.

Maintain weight under 184 until 12/31/10.

Work with others to provide support during healthly lifestyle changes.

Run a half marathon.

Mid-term:

Do one set of 25 push ups.

Do one set of 10 pull ups

Run a 5K.

Exercise once day for 6 months.

Complete EA active with all trophies.

Short Term:

Track food every day for two weeks.

Journal every day for two weeks.

Stretch 10 minutes every day.

Complete EA Active workouts on time.

Run three times a week according to training program.

Weight train 3 days a week on Kinetix schedule.

DDR at LEAST twice a week.

Do four intermittent sets of 20 push-ups



My Program:
I currently do my "core program" which is Weight Training on M/W/F and Cardio on T/T/S. I have added 30 minutes of cardio to M/W/F on the advice of a trainer after reviewing my fitness profile.

My T/T/S cardio is now the C25K program, and will be for the next several weeks. My extra cardio is a variety of other activites:

Dance Dance Revolution
EA Active
Biggest Loser Wii
Jillian Michael's 30 day shread
The Biggest Loser Workout.
Walking in my Shape Ups

I downloaded the podruner podcast then the storm hit, bummer another excuse not to strive to be healthy. My house was fine, however I have family and friends that were affected. One lived in Bellevue they lost almost everything, and the other lost everything on the first level of their home. Please say a prayer for all people affected by the storm because we are all victims. Please stay i touch maybe you can inspire me to get motivated!!
