Besides being proud of being in shape at one time in my life, I am very proud of this little lady. She's pushed herself hard and accomplished many things in the academic world that I couldn't even begin to imagine doing. So I had to punish her, by proposing to her :)

Hi! I first started SparkPeople back in early 2007, I went from 244 down to 25, just 10 pounds away from my goal weight of 195! Unfortunately, I got a bit too busy and lax and stopped using SparkPeople and here I am back up to my original weight. I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT! So I am back to the thing that helped me succeed. Sparkpeople provides me a nice little journal I can access from the Web or my Phone, so it's much more convenient for me to keep up with now. I have joined my local gym's ...

My Goals:
* To track my Nutrition and Fitness so I can be more aware of my body.
* To continue using my elliptical trainer since I purchased it!

My Program:
Track my foods eaten.
Try to make better selections.
Exercise while watching TV/Sports.
Include more whole grains and naturally fatty foods into my diet.

Other Information:
I went to the University of North Texas and graduated from the College of Engineering with a Bachelors Degree of Computer Science and I minor in English (which I don't understand, because I am not good at english). So I can fix your old comp, as long as you don't ask me how to spell "eelliterate".
