Beautiful Life

I focusing on getting to a healthy weight and building the strength I need for the active lifestyle I prefer. I have back tracked this winter gaining 20lbs in 4 months. So I am working on healthy habits before this trend becomes perminate.

***I wanted a fesh start since I have made little progess since an injury in 2008. My old profile was: JONE7007. I lost 80lbs between 2007-2008 and until this fall had kept it off.***
