I recently lost my younger brother to cancer and the whole thing has really made me say... Ok, Now it's time. I know that I can't do this on my own, I've tried and failed. I want to be able to walk the 2 miles to the store without feeling like my feet will fall off.

My Program:
I was very very inactive. So I'm starting with just Walking. I'm also trying to be more conscious about what I eat - more fruits and veggies for sure (I love fruits and veggies). Also trying to drink more water.

You are not alone hun. I have the same issues. I am 5ft 4 250 lbs. I am a big cancer supporter, i have been doing the relay for life for 4 years now, and sad to say weight is one of the big risks.
With that being said you can do it just stay positive and dont get discouraged it will not be easy. If you ever need a shoulder i am here to cheer you on. emoticon
