Welcome back! Don't be too hard on yourself do to your gain, it happens. If you're overwhelmed, why not start out focusing on one small change, say, to eat more fruits & veggies or to get 10 minutes of exercise a day. Once you feel you have "conquered" that goal, add something else. Eventually you'll have completely revamped your life and you'll be feeling and looking great!

Hi, I'm glad you're back!! I believe getting healthy means never giving up!
Start at the beginning of your Spark program! Don't skip over anything!

Be sure to use the trackers-track everything that goes in and your exercise! Find something YOU enjoy doing-it doesn't have to be a gym or jumping jacks, just something that gets you moving! Try new things, kick a ball, throw a frisbee, play badminton, tennis, workout videos found at thrift stores, yard sales, the library-they're cheap so you can experiment to find ones you like! Or just take a nice walk-good for your body & spirit!!

It's also important to stay connected here-we all need support! Teams are great for that extra support that we all need sometimes in our lives, for all areas!

You are a strong, beautiful young lady, and you can be anything you want to be! You don't have to be perfect, be forgiving with yourself, becaue you WILL mess up! We all do, but just get back on track and continue on!
