Dr. Twitchy Needs to Fit into Her Pants

Ten years of living in the South=20 pounds
Three years of driving back and forth from Georgia to Tennessee every week instead of exercising=another 15 pounds.
There is a time for thinking and a time for doing, and this is no time for thinking!

My Goals:
I think my page title says it all: I want to fit (comfortably) into the clothes that I already own. After that, we'll see.

My Program:
I am a HUGE overeater. Clearly, the only way I'll ever drop this weight is by watching every single calorie. If someone would like to volunteer to watch them for me, that would be great!

I AM a real doctor; and I play one in Tennessee. Visit my website at http://cssj.utk.edu

My Sparkfriends keep me on the straight and narrow. Won't you be my Sparkfriend?

I love Kmart but don't go to Target...or "Tarjay"...as we affectionately call it here. It is bright red though, isn't it. Our town is separated by a river with 4 drawbridges to get from the east side to the west side. Funny...I usually stay on my side of the river..hilarious! I'm not much of a shopper, though..but if I had to choose...I'd also choose a brightly colored store. Funny..never thought about that much. I really enjoy those types of articles ..and quizzes..just love quizzes and solving mysteries!

Have a bright colorful weekend! emoticon

High desert, eh? Yes. it would be nice to be with our husbands, wouldn't it. It's been 5 years of mine being apart...HAVE to make a change if it's going to happen. (We're not getting any younger, either!) Las Cruces looked nicer than El Paso and seemed mellower. We lived in Phoenix for a few years. I love the beauty of the area and surrounding areas but...the heat was ungodly!!! I figure we'll be able to get the same flair but less heat in NM. Have a happy day! We're still digging out of the snow here in MI. emoticon emoticon

I read your post and it sounded exactly like I feel. I just need some motivation to EXERCISE-I can do pretty well with the food part; but moving is MURDER. Whenever I feel like I have a pretty good thing going-------- I end up hurting, right now it's an arthritic hip. Guess the thing to do is "grin and bear it". Hang in there. emoticon

Don't be frustrated... the scale WILL move eventually! I lost nothing two weeks ago and then 2 lbs came off in a chunk. Go for it!
