In August 2008 I decided after finishing dental school I would win the battle of the bulge. I'm proud to say I removed pounds went from 242 to a low of 191! I felt like a newly changed woman, what could stop me now! Little did I know real life would have its ups and downs too, that the stress of the world after a five year fight I would regain the weight.

I am a changed woman! Fitness is definitely a part of my daily regimen I'm back to learn more about what to eat and tracking! ...

My Goals:
Get reacquainted with my body. Learn my bodes formula. Fitness goals come easy let's work on racking and nutrition!



My Program:
Sunday- 1 hr walk
Monday- circuit training , walk dog, am DVD
Tues- cardio... Variety
Wed- circuit training, kettle bell, am DVD
Thurs- am variety, cardio at gym, walk dog
Fri and sat variety mix add stretch on the weekend

Other Information:
Nov goal- remove five lbs
Dec goal- remove five lbs

Each day is an opportunity to do well, be proud and smile!

Each meal is an option to chose a healthy choice!

OK I spent a little more time figuring out the fitbit! emoticon emoticon I don't know why it seems difficult to me, but I think I got it enough so that I can wear it emoticon and see it sync to my emoticon at least! My phone's not communicating with it, but I think it's the phone? I think this will motivate me! How do we become friends??? emoticon

Gonna do Zumba tomorrow. Will emoticon Hoppy Easter emoticon if I don't see you sooner. Let me know if you're interested in a walk that day though and what time! I haven't made plans yet, but I bet it will be flexible!
