My Goals:
Fitness is my first goal. Weight reduction is something that will come naturally if I stick to walking daily and eating sensibly. I did lose 12 kg from April 2007 to September 2007! My goal is to reach 72 kg (158.8 lbs.)

My Program:
I have no gym routine here in Saudi and try to walk daily for an hour.I avoid heavy, oily and unhealthy foods. I think my calorie intake is around 2200/day and I need to go under 2000 ... need help and motivation!

Personal Information:
I am from Mumbai, India. I am a Pediatrician, that is, a medical specialist who deals in illnesses of children. I am 48, male, weigh 80 kg (176.3 lbs.). I am married and have two daughters. My websites are: http://drtaherforkids.blogspot.com and http://drtaherforkids.com.
