...going on long brisk walks with intermittent jogging and a little sensible eating every day.
Fitness is my first goal. Weight reduction is something that will come naturally if I stick to walking daily and eating sensibly. I did lose 12 kg from April 2007 to September 2007! My goal is to reach 72 kg (158.8 lbs.)
I have no gym routine here in Saudi and try to walk daily for an hour.I avoid heavy, oily and unhealthy foods. I think my calorie intake is around 2200/day and I need to go under 2000 ... need help and motivation!

Guess it's time to get back to it, eh, Doc? I know you're busy and hard at work at your studies, but no excuses. We all have lives. Let's work at making them long and healthy ones. You should lead your patients by example, too! :)
